Job Description

– Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quota

– Perform regular call out to leads and offer Grab for Business solutions

– Provide report to Asst. Manager regularly and/or as requested

– Identify and close opportunities within the self-serve accounts

– Enter lead information and convert in Salesforce

– Build rapport with customers within the tele business environment

– Ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly

– Upsell solutions to existing GfB client base

Qualifications

– At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment

– Good command in English (both written and verbal)

– Basic Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) skill

– Prior experience in handling SG and MY clients preferred
