Job Description

– Actively manage the day to day performance of the inside sales team

– Work closely with Regional Assistant Manager to ensure targets are met

– Manage the inside sales top accounts for hunting, farming and cross-selling

– Perform regular call out to leads and offer Grab for Business solutions

– Ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly

Qualifications

– At least 2 years working experience in a tele business / telesales environment

– With 1 year experience as a team lead, quality analyst and subject-matter expert

– highly adaptable to fast-paced work environment

– Good command in English (both written and verbal)

– Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) skill

– Prior experience in handling clients outside PH preferred
