Job Information

Conducts product training. Tasked to conduct callouts to merchants & stores to confirm activation/ launch and provide additional training reminders upon callout. Answers product/ operations related merchant/ store queries as needed.

Job Description

• Conducts product training to mid-management merchants, store front liners and other stakeholders

• Optimizes time to be able to conduct 2-3 trainings per day, if needed

• May be tasked to conduct callouts to merchants & stores to confirm activation/ launch and provide additional training reminders upon callout

• May be tasked to conduct service calls for approved additional training requests, device checkups/ retrieval/ deployment for merchants with device issues

• Assists in merchant kit/ collateral preparation and ensures that all merchants assigned devices, and collateral and any training & deployment needs are prepared prior to deployment date

• Answers product/ operations related merchant/ store queries as needed

• Ensures that the account trackers are accurately updated for any status change

• Adhoc tasks that may be assigned & as needed by the business

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work in Makati City

• Willing to do fieldwork

• Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
