Achieve inside sales team monthly and quarterly quota

Perform regular call out to leads and offer Grab for Business solutions

Provide report to Asst. Manager regularly and/or as requested

Identify and close opportunities within the self-serve accounts

Enter lead information and convert in Salesforce

Build rapport with customers within the tele business environment

Ensure assigned accounts are being serviced properly

Up-sell solutions to existing GfB client base

Qualifications

At least 6 months working experience in a tele business / telesales environment

Good command in English (both written and verbal)

Basic Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt, etc.) skill

Prior experience in handling SG and MY clients preferred
