  • Standby for Call Concerns/ Level 1 Escalations from Terminal Agents
  • OIC for Daily Terminal Agents

Shifts: 4am- 1pm, 12nn- 9pm, 8pm- 5am

 

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

 

Qualifications
  • At least Senior High school Graduate
  • Able to Communicate in English/ Filipino
  • Adept with Google Sheets, Forms
  • Has Critical Thinking Skills
  • Pleasing Face and Personality
