Job Description
  • Answers all types of inquiries from customers (drivers, peers, passengers) via phone and/or email.
  • Deliver excellent Customer Experience to our customers.
  • Complete documentation for each customer interaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with Grab’s products, services, promos, and policies.
  • Resolve product or service problems of our customers with urgency, empathy and determining the root cause of the problem and providing the best solution.

 

  • 18-20k basic, provided at least 2 years of contact center experience
  • With Overtime pay and Holiday pay
  • 5 days a week , 9 hours on shifting schedule

 

Qualifications
  • College graduate of any course
  • With at least three months of call center experience
  • Above average English and Filipino communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Good listening skills and comprehension
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Adept in using the computer and MS Office.
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Flexible in changing shift schedules and working during weekends and holidays

 

  • No Age requirement
  • Undergraduates are welcome as long as they have at least 2 years of continuous contact center experience
