- Answers all types of inquiries from customers (drivers, peers, passengers) via phone and/or email.
- Deliver excellent Customer Experience to our customers.
- Complete documentation for each customer interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Grab’s products, services, promos, and policies.
- Resolve product or service problems of our customers with urgency, empathy and determining the root cause of the problem and providing the best solution.
- 18-20k basic, provided at least 2 years of contact center experience
- With Overtime pay and Holiday pay
- 5 days a week , 9 hours on shifting schedule
