About the team: Part of the GrabPay family, the GrabPay Cards business team manages the GrabPay MasterCard Prepaid Cards as a key part of the GrabPay wallet proposition providing secured means of payment to our consumers.

The Core Objectives: Jointly reporting to Regional Head of Cards and Scheme/FI partnerships and Head of GrabPay Philippines, the responsibilities of the role: 1. Support the management of P&L of the GrabPay MasterCard Card for the Philippines, and grow revenues across multiple use cases. 2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Marketing and Customer Experience teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. schemes, governmental bodies) to ensure business objectives are met. 3. Own and able to navigate the implementation / roll out of GrabPay Card initiatives working with various internal stakeholders to ensure the CVP, the market narrative of the solutions, the operational aspects, timelines, and card-portfolio management of GrabPay Card solutions. 4. Work in close collaboration with the Head of Planning and Projects on GrabPay strategy and planning.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 8 years experience in the payments industry.

2. Proven capabilities in managing card portfolio and ability to work with partners to drive growth for the GrabPay MasterCard portfolio in Philippines. There is opportunity to support discovery and designing future programmes to support growth and support regional coverage of markets who are also looking to issue GrabPay MasterCard in other markets.

5. Should be a strong team player with thought leadership qualities

6. Proven ability to manage internal, external partners and cross-functional relationships

7. Good analytical skills to assess the financial potential of new opportunities and existing businesses.

8. Comfortable in using collaboration tools like Slack, other work tools such as Slides, Sheets etc.

9. Strong ability to synthesize information to join the dots, and a growth mindset will help the candidate enjoy the work and the fast-paced environment!
