Support customers’ KYC verification using system tools to complete end to end process. Respond to any KYC profile. Ensure due diligence on consumer profile is complete. Ensure work is completed in accordance with procedures and standards. Willing to work in Ortigas on new Grab Office.

Job Description
  • Support our customers’ KYC verification by using system and tools to complete end to end process
  • Responding to any KYC profile which requires verification
  • Ensure due diligence on consumer profile is complete adhering to SOPs
  • Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards;
  • Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes;
  • Work well independently, complete assigned tasks in the established time frame, complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests;
  • Support our customers’ fraud prevention efforts by using our products to monitor suspicious activities for online banking, mobile banking, and other payments technologies;
  • Liaise with other departments when required;
  • Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards;
  • Work well independently, complete assigned tasks in the established time frame, complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests;
  • Process work as requested by Team Leader/Manager;
  • Show dedication and ownership of clearing the queues – adhere to Service Levels and Quality.
  • Participates in meetings and presentations or other designated special projects as assigned by department management.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management or reporting Supervisor.

Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months):

. Willing to work/ relocated in Ortigas on new Grab Office this November 2021.

Qualifications
  • With BPO experience 6 months and above.
  • No disciplinary and tardiness issues
  • Ability to proficiently use all MS Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Tagalog)
  • Self-motivated, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to bring day-to-day experience to the subject matter– both content and its context for the business.
  • Fair knowledge of the content/topical area.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays (flexible schedule)
  • Be detailed and quality oriented as well as have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to think outside the box and make balanced and unbiased decisions based on all available information.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation as well as conflict management skills and the ability to deliver difficult messages in the best way possible.
  • Ability to demonstrate composure and a high degree of professionalism when in high-pressure situations.
  • Someone who is presentable as the agent will be performing video call with the consumer

. Willing to work/ relocated in Ortigas

. With strong WIFI/LAN available at home; in case WFH is advised depending on the situations
